Mini Happiness

Hi everybody!

Today, I suggest a mini album, full of sun, in which you could scrap your holidays pictures. For example the ones took this summer.

A polka-dot yellow cover and a binding with rings allow this mini to collect a maximum of photos.

I played with the materials by incorporating fabric, cork, transparency and wood. 

I used for the cover the the die " Garden greens " of Tim Holtz in white paper, on which I stamped pink ink by means of foam square. But inside the album, I used the same die with navy blue binding cloth to add contrast to the bright colours of my pictures.

To bring dynamism to the layout I alternated small and large pictures.

The journaling is written either free-handed with black gel-ink pen or with cut words in white paper using the die friendship of Tim Holtz.

I cropped embellishments and I stuck them with 3D foam to add relief to the cover.

Mini Happiness

Aujourd'hui,  je vous propose un mini album plein de soleil pour scraper les photos de vos vacances prises cet été.

 Une couverture jaune à pois et une reliure à anneaux permettent à ce mini de receuillir un maximum de clichés.

 J'ai joué avec les matières en incorporant du tissu, du liège, du transparent et du bois. 

J'ai utilisé le die " Garden greens " of Tim Holtz dans du papier blanc, sur lequel j'ai tamponné à l'aide d'un carré de mousse de l'encre rose pour la couverture.

Mais à l'intérieur de l'album, j'ai utilisé le même die avec de la toile de reliure bleu marine pour donner du contraste aux couleurs vives de mes photos.

Pour donner du dynamisme à la mise en page j'ai alterné des petites et des grandes photos.

Le journaling est écrit soit à main levée au stylo de gel noir, soit j'ai découpé des mots dans du papier blanc à l'aide du die frienship de Tim Holtz

J'ai détouré des embellissements et je les ai collé avec de la mousse 3D pour donner un peu de relief.

Craft Foam Stamps

Hi friends!

Today we will use our Sizzix Big Shot Plus to make Craft Foam Stamps that we can use over any surface. I used stamps for printing on fabric, renewing a boring white cloth.

You Need:

• your Sizzix Big Shot
• Dies (I used Sizzix Bigz Die - Garden Greens)
• Craft Foam
• White Glue
• Fabric for customize
• Fabric Paint
• Carboard
• Brush

Cut Craft Foam with your Big Shot and the die chosen. Glue the shape onto cardboard using white glue, taking care to cover the surface well with glue for sticking it perfectly. Let dry.

Extend the fabric on the table covered with a plastic protection, distribute the paint on the stamp with a brush or sponge and put pressure with the stamp on the fabric. Let dry and iron to fix the paint following the maker's instructions.

 To continue using a Foam Stamp, remove excess paint before saving. With the Foam Stamps can be customized fabric, paper and any type of material, using the proper paint. It is also a good entertainment for kids!

Oggi useremo la nostra Sizzix Big Shot per fare dei timbri di gomma crepla che potremo usare su ogni superficie. Facili, veloci e pratici!

Io ho usato il mio timbro per stampare su tessuto, rinnovando una tovaglia bianca e noiosa.

Materiali:

• la vostra Sizzix Big Shot
• Fustelle (Io ho usato la Sizzix Bigz Die - Garden Greens)
• cartone
• gomma crepla
• colla vinilica
• vernice per stoffa
• pennello
• tessuto da personalizzare

Tagliare la gomma crepla con la Big Shot e la fustella scelta. Incollare la forma ottenuta su un cartone con la colla, tenendo cura di coprire tutta la superficie con la colla per farla incollare per bene sul cartone. Lasciar asciugare.

Sistemare il tessuto sul tavolo protetto con la plastica, distribuire la vernice sul timbro con il pennello, appoggiare sul tessuto e far pressione. Lasciare asciugare e stirare per fissare la vernice, seguendo le istruzioni del fabbricante.

Per poter continuare a usare i timbri, pulire bene eliminando ogni eccesso di vernice.

Con questi timbri di gomma crepla si può stampare su carta, tessuto e ogni genere di materiale, se si usa la vernice giusta, ed è anche un ottimo lavoretto da fare con i bambini!

Hola amigos!

Hoy usaremos nuestra Sizzix Big Shot para hacer sellos de goma eva que podemos usar sobre cualquier superficie. Fáciles, rápidos y prácticos!

Yo usé los sellos para estampar sobre tela, renovando un paño blanco y aburrido.

Materiales

• Nuestra Sizzix Big Shot
• Troquel(Yo usé la Sizzix Bigz Die - Garden Greens)
• cartón
• goma eva
• cola vinílica
• pintura para tela
• pincel
• tela para personalizar

Cortar la goma eva con la Big Shot Plus y el troquel elegido. Pegar la forma sobre un cartón usando cola vinílica, teniendo cuidado de cubrir bien la superficie con cola para que se pegue perfectamente. Dejar secar.

Extender la tela sobre la mesa cubierta con una protección plástica, distribuir la pintura sobre el sello con un pincel o esponja y hacer presión con el sello sobre la tela. Dejar secar y planchar para fijar la pintura siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante.

 Para poder seguir usando el sello de goma eva, eliminar los restos de pintura antes de guardar.

 Con los sellos de goma eva se puede personalizar tela, papel y cualquier tipo de material, usando la pintura adecuada. También es un buen entretenimiento para los niños!

My file of recipes

Hi everybody!

For this week appointment, I am suggesting a small file which never leaves my kitchen!

I decided to group all my recipes in a small plastic file, easy to handle in the kitchen.

First I decorated the cover, I used  the die " Garden greens " of Tim Holtz. Then I brought a touch of gilt with glitter tape and I stuck on my title in cork letters, which brought bit of relief and material…

I carried on with the creation of dividers to separate my recipe cards: starters, main course, desserts…

I kept a glittery style on each divider, then I decorated with the the die " Garden greens " of Tim Holtz.

For the dividers of the side dishes, I had fun with the amazing die tree of Doodlebugdesign by cutting the small leaves in several different papers!

Mon classeur de recette,

Pour notre rendez-vous, cette semaine je vous propose un petit classeur qui ne quitte plus ma cuisine !

J'ai décidé de regrouper toutes mes recettes dans un petit classeur en plastique, facile à manipuler dans une cuisine.
J'ai décoré d'abord ma couverture, j'ai utilisé le superbe feuillage de Tim Holtz puis j'ai apporté une touche de doré avec du glitter tape, j'ai collé mon titre en lettre de liège, ce qui apporte un peu de relief et de matière…

Et comme j'étais bien partie, j'ai créé des intercalaires pour séparer mes fiches recettes: entrées, plats, desserts…
J'ai gardé l'idée de paillettes sur chaque intercalaire, puis j'ai décoré avec le feuillage "Garden Greens"

Pour l'intercalaire des "accompagnements", je me suis amusée avec le superbe arbre du Die de Doodlebug design en découpant les petites feuilles dans plusieurs papiers différents!

Hi everybody!

For this week, I wanted to scrap a picture of my elder daughter, a true teenager!

She takes selfies with her iPod and I adore looking at these photos…

To emphasize this bright and very clear beautiful picture, I chose a navy blue background. The lightness of the flowers of this paper was ideal!

Then I overlapped several papers of very neutral colours and I brought a little texture with a piece of white tulle and tracing paper.

I contrasted with turquoise and fuchsia embellishments.

I created a pretty farandole of leaves and flowers thanks to the daisy shaped die of Craft Asylum. The leaves were cut using the die " Garden greens " of Tim Holtz.

I finished my page with a lovely title cut with the Die "Friendship words: script" of Tim Holtz. Here and there I added some half-pearls, brads, buttons and stars… 

I hope that this page will please you!

Pour cette semaine, j'ai voulu scrapper une photo de ma grande fille, une vraie ado! Elle se prend en photo avec son I-pod et j'adore regarder ces clichés…

Pour mettre en valeur cette superbe photo très claire et lumineuse, j'ai choisi un fond bleu marine, la légèreté des fleurs de ce papier était idéale!

Puis j'ai superposé plusieurs papiers de couleur très neutre et j'ai apporté un peu de texture avec un morceau de tulle blanc et du calque.

J'ai contrasté avec des embellissement bleu turquoise et fushia
J'ai créé une jolie farandole de feuilles et de fleurs grâce au die en forme de marguerite de Craft Asylum et au feuille du die "Garden greens" de Tim Holtz.

J'ai terminé ma page avec un joli titre découpé grâce au Die "Friendship words: script" de Tim Holtz, quelques demi-perles, brads, boutons et étoiles ça et là …

Wonderful Life

Hi everybody!

For our Tuesday meeting, I suggest a page of scrap. I used a picture of my friends and me, taken during a session of "relaxation".

The layout being simple, the Sizzix cuts bring relief and dynamism to the page. Indeed they contrast with the papers in soft colors.

I used the foliage die of Tim Holtz with several different papers and then I cut again some branches to stick them here and there on my page.

The flower of Craft Asylum in a marguerite shape brings relief to the page. Also the small touch of yellow gives boots. 

And to highlight my title, I cut the word "Wonderful" using the Die " Friendship words: script " of Tim Holtz in golden paper.

This die is at the moment my favourite, very enjoyable to use thanks tothe magnetic plate!!!

Pour notre rendez-vous du mardi,  je vous propose une page de scrap réalisée avec une photo de mes amies  et moi prise lors d'une séance "détente".

La mise en page étant simple, ce sont les découpes Sizzix qui donnent du relief et du dynamisme car ils viennent contrastés avec les papiers au couleurs tendres.

j'ai utilisé le die feuillage de Tim Holtz avec plusieurs papiers différents et j'ai ensuite redécoupé certaines branches pour les coller ça et là sur ma page.

La fleur en forme de marguerite de Craft Asylum donne du relief.

La petite touche de jaune donne du pep's!

Et pour faire ressortir mon titre, j'ai découpé le mot "Wonderful" à l'aide du Die "Friendship words: script" de Tim Holtz dans du papier doré.

Ce die est mon "chouchou" du moment, très agréable à utiliser grâce à la plaque magnétique !!!
