Die cutting shadows: Do what you love card

Today I want to show you a very easy technique that you can make with die cutting to create some dimension in your works with a simple shadow.

 Supply list:

• 660020 Sizzix Big Shot Plus
• 660481 Sizzix Thinlits Die - Do What You Love
• Card: White, green, pink, black
• Green rhinestones
• Glue

To create the shadow you just have to die cut your die twice: One with black card and a second one with your card of choice, in this case green. Then glue one on top of the other but leave some of the black slightly to the side. This creates your shadow.

To create some more dimension I have die cut some of the details again with other colors and adhered on the main motive.

Hoy os quiero enseñar una técnica muy chula que podéis hacer muy fácilmente con los troqueles para dar más dimensión a vuestros trabajos y crear sombras.

Para hacerlo, sólo tenéis que troquelar un par de veces vuestro motivo, una en negro y la segunda con el papel de vuestra elección y luego pegar uno encima del otro paro dejando ver un poco de negro por el lado. Esto es lo que crea la sombra.

Para finalizar mi tarjeta y crear un poco más de dimensión he troquelado algunos motivos en otros colores y los he pegado encima del motivo principal.
