Decorated Candle Jar

I like to have decorative items around my studio at home and I often burn scented candles. I was thinking about how I could use my Sizzix Big Shot Plus to decorate some jars and I wanted to use some of my vinyl stash. I found a pretty pastel pink vinyl and a mason jar and got to work.

A super simple make and it only takes a few minutes. These would be great at Christmas time using some festive dies!

You could also use it as a drinking jar with a cute paper straw to match.

Big Shot Plus Starter Kit (includes dies used)

Mason jar

Pink vinyl

I used:
Sizzix Big Shot Plus Starter Kit 660515
Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 6PK - Home Sweet Home 660800
Scissors
Glues
Colored cardstocks

Take a cardstock and die cut four homes for each die of Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 6PK - Home Sweet Home 660800. You will have eight homes. 

With cardstock of a different color, die cut a box with thinlits included in Sizzix Big Shot Plus Starter Kit 660515. On the sides of the box die cut only the windows of homes. Then pasting houses on sides of the box.

Assemble the box pasting the flaps. This will be the risult.
