Love Sampler

Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays. Is there anything more romantic than a heart shaped box? Thinking about what could be inside is almost more exciting than finding out what's really in there!

Here are a few of my favorite LOVE projects done by friends from the Sizzix Design Team and me using the Heart Box ScoreBoards die, Heart Basket, Flower with Heart Petals, Hydrangeas & Borders, Create-A-Bow, and Square Box.

I went to CHA and came home with the flu :-( I am only just now getting back to normal. Hoping you all are well and seeing signs of spring!

Mother's Day Gift Box

A good friend is here to visit and we have been having way too much fun catching up so just a quick post today...

The Heart Box is the perfect size for a ring or small piece of jewelry. I used it to create a Mother's Day Gift Boxbut wanted it to stand a little bit taller than the original box. I made it a double-decker by adding a second set of side walls to the box buttressed together with washi tape. The flowers were made using the Flower with Heart Petals die. I embossed it with the Flower & Wreath set and inked over the top.

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a nice week and did something special for those you love. A handmade card or small present is a treasure and shows that you took the time to give part of yourself to another person. I love that!

Valentine's Day was the perfect day to launch my new From The Heart collection. So we celebrated over at the Sizzix US blog by having a Valentine Blog Hop!  Each member of the Design Team created a project using one or more of my dies from this release and W.O.W. Every one of them is amazing...
