Gift Wrapping

Hi there,

Last week I had shown you a birthday card and today I show you the gift. The birthday celebration was beautiful and the birthday boy was very happy about the package.

I used for this gift wrapping:

First I print out the names of the spicies. I told you, the birthday boy likes to cook :)
First I cut out the printouts with the Thinlits Layering Frames and two boxes with the box Die out of the starter kit (Big Shot Plus).

From one box I cut a lid and decorated all with the Layering Frames.

I found a nice box from wooden with vintage style and put all together with the Birthdaycard with the Vintage Scale.
So I think it looks together very well.

I hope you enjoy and I wish you a lovely weekend!

Halloween

Hi there,

right now I am looking forward to the upcoming Halloween time.
This tradition is not very widespread in Germany, but in recent years it has been celebrated more and more.

For our neighbors' children, I have made small candy boxes. I have used the Sizzix Movers & Shapers XL The 'Bag with flap' and decorated the small boxes with the Sizzix Thinlits layering frames. Great small gifts and done so quickly by the Big Shot Plus :)

Do you like the Halloween time just as much as I do?

Wish you a lovely Weekend.

Watercolour hello card

Hi Sizzix friends!!!

This week has started a new month, light changes, colours change too … So today I wanted to show you a cute card I’ve created inspired on September, that includes a step by step to create this watercolour background.

I’ve used the embossing folder botany decoration for the background and to achive the watercolour effect I’ve used my distress ink. I’ve also used the floral wreath, the layering frames and the hello word dies to create this cute card.

Here are the steps for the background:

Ink the embossing folder with distress ink.

Spray with water all the surface.

Make the sandwich using a watercolour paper.

This is the beautiful result of this process !!!

Now is time to die-cut all the pieces:

The magnetic platform is a good choice to use with the thinlits!!!

I’ve also used the brush to remove the die-cuts.

And here are more detailed images of the card:

These leaves are beautiful !!!

To create this card I’ve also used fabric in one of the layers and I've glued the different layers using the 3D adhsesive foam.

I have used the following Sizzix products:

Other products:
  • Cardstock
  • Chipboard
  • Fabric
  • Adhesive pearls
  • Distress ink

I hope this  watercolour effect  card has inspired you.  Thanks for your visit!

Have a creative and happy Friday!

  • Carturlina
  • Cartón gris prensado
  • Tela
  • Perlas adhesivas
  • Distress ink

Ho usato:
Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 3PK - Loving Bear (660880)
Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 9PK - Layering Frames (660476)
Cuscinetti biadesivi
Nastro biadesivo
Cartoncini assortiti

Buona domenica!

Handbag notebook

Hi Sizzix friends!!!

It’s Friday again, so I’ve prepared a notebook which is perfect to keep in my handbag to be able to take good inspirational notes on it!!! It’s not a big notebook I like to change frequently, so this 10x15cm size  is perfect for me!

I haven’t added a lot of details to prevent damage the cover on my handbag. The burlap had to appear on my notebook, I love this material!!! And of course some little piece of sparkly paper die-cut, and this candy hearts embossment.

Another material I like to use on my notebooks are the corrugated cardstock, in this case in black colour.

Some details of the notebook:

The layering frame  in sparkly yellow paper, and the inside in white cardstock where I’ve stamped “notes”

The candy hearts embossment with a black clip to match the corrugated
and the stamped of the notebook.

And another stamp detail.

As I’ve liked the result, I have prepared another one for my penpal.

I have used the following Sizzix products:

I hope you have enjoyed my new handbag notebook. Thanks for your visit!

Have a creative and happy Friday!

A sea frame

Hi Sizzix friends!

Today I want to show you a cute summer frame I’ve created to decorate my home. It’s inspired again by the sea, I’ve created specials fishes using a layering die... Let me show you.

This cute frame is like a window to see under the sea. Fishes, sand, coral... I like it!!!

Here are the materials and the dies I have used:

My Big Shot plus, layering frames die, tree w/flower, heart & leaves die, a wooden frame (not in the picture), chalk paint in blue colour, sparkle paper, white cardstock, scrapbooking paper for the background, enamels, burlap and string.

First I’ve painted the wooden frame and then I’ve cut and die-cut all the pieces to create my sea frame.

Here are the die-cutting steps:

I’ve created fishes using this layering frame die, take care not to die-cut the left side.

This is the result, I’ve die-cut the same shape in sparkle paper to combine them.

I’ve die-cut the “coral” in white cardstock using the tree die

More details of the frame:

The corals and the burlap,  that reminds me the sand.

Two sparkly fishes under the sea!!!

Square knots to decorate the frame.

And some little shells.

I have used the following Sizzix products:

I hope you have enjoyed this sea frame. Thanks for your visit!

Have a creative and happy Friday!

Peces, arena, coral... ¡me encanta!

He utilizado los siguientes productos Sizzix:
