Metallic embellishments

Hi everybody! This is my last post of the Starter Kit Series. I had a lot of fun playing with this amazing dies and I hope that you enjoyed seeing all the possibilities that they have.

For today's post I want to show you a minialbum I taught yesterday in a Crop Party in Mollerussa and how to make some of the embellishments that we used.

This is the minialbum we made, and as you can see we used the Basic Shapes Bigz Die from the Starter Kit to create the metallic butterfly and heart.

To make them you just have to die cut some corrugated cardstock, I chose a grey one, and heat emboss the die cuts with copper embossing powder. I love this look, it is very industrial and modern, but still delicate.

¡Hola a todos! Hoy es mi última entrada de la Starter Kit Series. Me ha encantado jugar con todos estos fantásticos troqueles y espero que os haya gustado ver todas las posibilidades que tienen.

Para la entrada de hoy os quiero enseñar el miniálbum que hicimos ayer en la Crop Party de Mollerussa y cómo hacer los adornos metálicos que utilizamos.

Para hacerlos troquelamos las formas del Bigz Die del kit con cartón corrugado, en mi caso gris, y después pusimos polvos de embossing cobrizos. Me encanta este look, es muy industrial y moderno pero delicado a la vez.
