Texture with my favorite Sizzlits dies!

Hello everyone! How are you doing? It's September already, can you believe it?

Today I'd like to show you a layout I recently made using some of my favorite Sizzlits dies :

- the Lace Scallop Sizzlits die

And, of course, you will need your beloved Big Shot to cut those pretty shapes.

  • Simply cut your 2 different shapes into regular white cardstock and glue the Washer Border on your 8,5x11 white cardstock
  • Cover your entire background with gesso and let dry
  • Spray some water over the dry gesso and then add drops of Liquitex inks (fuschia and gold)
  • Let dry
  • Once your whole background is dry, you can glue your picture, your second Sizzlits shape (which is painted with Gold Liquitex ink) and embellish your layout!

Supply list

Cardstock (American Crafts); Gesso (Golden); Inks (Liquitex inks); Die-cut machine (Big Shot machine - 655268); Sizzlits Border dies ( Lace Scallop - 657104; Washer Border - 657826); Big Shot Accessories (Extended Spacer Plateform - 655098; 13" Cutting pad - 654558); Wood Veneer People (Studio Calico); Circle die-cut (BananaFish Studio); Digital Brush (Ali Edwards).
